Reception hours: MON/TUES and THURS/FRI 8.30am-4.30pm. Please note that we do not have reception support on Wednesdays, however we will respond to your email/voicemail within 24 hours.

Procedure for getting a referral

You do not need a referral to make an appointment.  However, if you are eligible for a Mental Health Care Plan from your GP, you will be able to access a rebate from Medicare for ten sessions per year.  For those with complex presentations you may be eligible for an Eating Disorders Plan and up to 40 rebateable sessions.  If you would like to know more you can give us a call, or talk to your doctor.

NB: If you are seeking treatment for an Eating Disorder, we require involvement of a medical practitioner to ensure that your physical health needs are being monitored as you recover.  The document linked below contains additional information.

Cancellation Policy

If you are not able to attend a scheduled appointment, please call to let us know so that we can offer the appointment to someone else who might be waiting.  If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment there is a cancellation fee of 50% of the session rate.
